    PERSONALS QUALITIES

    Mm Mirlande is a devoted woman who can well implement humanitarian & development program and take outstanding action for the benefit of Fhed, Inc.  Because of her knowledge and experiences of the field, her initiative's spirit, flexibility attitude and easy to adapt to difficult areas, ability to work in group make FHED, Inc Haiti / Mission since April 2006 a dedicated Organization to reduce Haiti poverty and complying with international laws relating to development criteria.

  Neres LUCIEN

  Project Deputy Planning   

    Born in  Mont-Organizé, Haiti.  After his high school studies at College Notre Dame, Cap-Haitien in 1990., Mr Lucien went in 1990- 1994 to attend University Classes at Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales and Economics of Port-au-Prince where he obtained two Certificates in Commercial Sciences and Economic Sciences.  From 1994- 1997, he started his professional studies in Electro- Techniques at (Centre de Formation Professional d' Haitiano-Canado) where he obtained a diploma in Electro technique.  From 1999- 2003 he continued his university studies at State University of Haiti (U.E.H): Faculté de Droit and Sciences Economiques of Port-au- Prince and obtained a degree on Juridical Sciences.

    Seminars of Formation

    September 2002 :  Seminar of Formation on Civil Society and Human Rights at National Academy of Plaidoyer of Port-au- Prince (ACNAP).- Certificate obtained.
