Because of her knowledge and experiences of the field, her initiative's spirit, flexibility attitude and easy to adapt to difficult areas, ability to work in group make FHED, Inc Haiti / Mission since April 2006 a dedicated Organization to reduce Haiti poverty and complying with international laws relating to development criteria.

Neres LUCIEN
Project Deputy Planning
Born in Mont-Organizé, Haiti. After his high school studies at College Notre Dame, Cap-Haitien in 1990., Mr Lucien went in 1990- 1994 to attend University Classes at Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales and Economics of Port-au-Prince where he obtained two Certificates in Commercial Sciences and Economic Sciences. From 1994- 1997, he started his professional studies in Electro- Techniques at (Centre de Formation Professional d' Haitiano-Canado) where he obtained a diploma in Electro technique. From 1999- 2003 he continued his university studies at State University of Haiti (U.E.H): Faculté de Droit and Sciences Economiques of Port-au- Prince and obtained a degree on Juridical Sciences.
