Humanity

    Desire to reduce worldwide poverty in its international and national capacity. The FHED, Inc creates its own policy to assist people in needs without discrimination.

Free and access direct to beneficiaries

    The cornerstone of FHED, Inc intervention and guaranties direct control of its programs is "free access to beneficiaries". The FHED, Inc monitors the allocation of its resources to ensure that they efficiently reach their intended recipients via humanitarian and Development programs. Under no circumstances can collaborating partners become the ultimate beneficiaries of FHED, Inc programs.

Independence

    To guarantee moral and financial independence, the FHED, Inc bases its policy on its own principles. Under no circumstances is its policy influenced by domestic or foreign interests of any goverment or donor.

Neutrality

    The FHED, Inc maintains strict political and religious neutrality. Neverthless the FHED, Inc reserves the right to speak out against any human rights violations it witnesses as well as obstacles to the implementation of humanitarian action.

Non Discrimination

    The FHED, Inc refutes all discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, opinion or class.

Professionalism

    The FHED, Inc bases the conception, realization, management and evaluation of its programs on professional standards in order to maximize effectiveness and make optimal use of its resources.

Full Disclosure

    The FHED, Inc respects a policy of complete transparency regarding the allocation and management of its funds and works to ensure the integrity of its management. A yearly report of FHED, Inc realizations and activities will be distributed to all donors. The fiscal year ends September 30th.
